To better asses your profile, tell us a little bit about yourself, what drives you and describe us of how your dream job would look like. Later on we will get back to you with our feedback.
After assessing your profile, we will call you on the number you provide us and get to know you better. If it seems that we can help you, we then arrange a physical meeting in our office in Munich.
In this meeting we will discuss more about your background, your current situation, your career goals you want to achieve and how we can help you to achieve them.
This is where we start hunting the job for you. We will make professional CV checks, make your Cover Letter more persuasive and take a look on your Social Media Profiles to also create an appealing online appearance. We also train you for interviews, support you in e-mail interactions and in contract negotiations. We do all that until you get your job. And the best of all, you get all this with no upfront payment. YES, we only get paid, when You get paid. That is our philosophy and this is why people love our service.

Miguel Miranda, Co-Founder, Advisory Board & Strategic Partnerships
Miguel Miranda was born in Sydney Australia, half Spanish, half Russian and migrated to Germany in the year of 2001. Since then he developed a deep understanding of the struggles that international people go through in Germany to achieve whatever they want to achieve. He has an educational background in Technology and completed his Bachelors degree in Business Psychology with the emphasis on Personnel- and Organizational Psychology. Through his work career in Executive Search Consulting, Business Development and Entrepreneurship he has developed a powerfull network and skillset. Miguel got inspired by the idea of creating a platform for international students and decided to use his skills in creating InnoTalent Germany.
